After coming from Brazil and graduating from the University of California--Santa Barbara with a major in International Relations I decided to pursue my two great passions in life--travel and photography. Meeting people and experiencing other cultures broadens one's view of life. It has made me a better person and helps me understand that we are all interconnected. Photography is all about discovery. It is the art that allows us to see the extraordinary in the ordinary. Through my work I try to document my experiences and capture scenes and events as I see them and as they are. By sharing my images, I try to create awareness, understanding and appreciation of the world we ALL live in. |
